• Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequencesin terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating workbreakdown structure using scheduling software.• Understand WBS structure , and work with managementand project/maintenance team in the development of work break downstructure for progress measurement, scheduling ,cost estimating andproject control.• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate theinformation gathered into the overall project master schedule.• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogramweekly or monthly as required.• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations tomaintain required progress.• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts(histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlightthe areas of concern which required action of the associate taskmember.• Prepare and update monthly look-ahead schedule that reflect thepriority activities• Participate in all meeting ( i.e. schedule review meeting , progressmeeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and soon ).• Delays analysis and claims preparation.

Grand Egyptian Museum Project

• Creating 3D model of the project for Low voltage, Low currentsystems by using Rivet program.• Preparing the electrical load calculation & shop drawing by Rivet.• Coordination between MEP trades with structure &architect.• Attend meeting on site, writing reports & give presentation to mangers.• Preparing BOQ.• Preparing progress charts of the modeling, coordination, shop drawingby preparing comparing studies for actual verses planned productivity.
