• Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequencesin terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating workbreakdown structure using scheduling software.• Understand WBS structure , and work with managementand project/maintenance team in the development of work break downstructure for progress measurement, scheduling ,cost estimating andproject control.• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate theinformation gathered into the overall project master schedule.• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogramweekly or monthly as required.• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations tomaintain required progress.• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts(histograms/S curves).
