Personal Assistant To Chief Executive Officer
CurrentResponsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO Board of Directors, and Executive Team, while reporting directly to the President and CEO serve to plan and coordinates to ensure CEO’s activities is always fulfilled efficiently and managing the organization’s office operations.Responsibilities• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization.• Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO.• Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts.• Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors.• Assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; composing and preparing correspondence• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO.• Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff.• Provide event management support as requested.• Evaluate and assist in developing office policies.• procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as organization grows. • Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
