Achievements :- - Developed & implemented effective recruitment strategies to support the operation expansion plans when the company strength increased from 300 Staff to 2000 staff in 2015. - mproved employee retention by evaluating organizational structure process including succession planning by aligning staffing to business strategies. - Created the company operations manual with more than 1500 pages which included 100 Cross functional charts.- Successfully established a full foundation practical training program for the new recruits and front office sales staff in the company. Facilitated 13,000 Training hours and 20,000 training seats to improve overall organizational performance. - Developed & effectuated a compensation & benefits structure for all the company while keeping in mind the requirements for every department / location/ Worked with the top management on annual increment and bonus system to achieve the best formula related to the competency based performance appraisal - Revised and implemented a performance management system which include the coaching and supervision plus performance appraisal system to evaluate the staff bi annually minimizing the time of the whole company appraisal time form one month to 2 weeks. - Contributed in creating and managing HR manual work plans and procedures which is in relation to the company quality management system- Achieved key success in dispensing with all functions as team leads for projects such as: ~Implementation of the HRMS software for the HR and training department. which Increased the capacity and the efficiency of the HR department by 70%.- Planned & utilized the space in the employee’s accommodation, raised the capacity of the accommodation by 80% in the first year. - Acted as Committee Lead for: - World cob award: being held in one country every year, March 2012 was in Dubai Atlantis Hotel.
