Key Achievements:• Acting as an internal service provider for Henkel Laundry & Home Care Marketing & Sales, by delivering services related to Henkel markets and products to local country organizations (French Afrca and Egypt)• Tracking utilization of the Marketing budget to ensure that Brand Managers have an up-to-date view on available budgets• Coordination of standard processes across countries• Conducting basic ad-hoc analysis• Reports conducted: daily sales, stock market, direct account profitability, brand and consumer overview, return on investment…• These reports aid the business unit in making important/ sometimes crucial strategic decisions. • Use of SAP and Color to retrieve data.
