•Verify that first aid kits and other emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers and oxygen bottles, are in working order.•Greet passengers boarding aircraft and direct them to assigned seats•Assist passengers while entering or disembarking the aircraft.•Answer passengers' questions about flights, aircraft, weather, travel routes and services, arrival times, and/or schedules.•Assist passengers in placing carry-on luggage in overhead, garment, or under-seat storage.•Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and life jackets.•Determine special assistance needs of passengers such as small children, the elderly, or disabled persons.•Direct and assist passengers in the event of an emergency, such as directing passengers to evacuate a plane following an emergency landing, Prepare passengers and aircraft for landing, following procedures•Prepare reports showing places of departure and destination, passenger ticket numbers, meal and beverage inventories, the conditions of cabin equipment, and any problems encountered by passengers.

•Greet guests warmly upon arrival.•Responsible of the VIP booking and their check in procedures.•Review the daily arrival list , prepare and distribute welcome amenities.•Try to solve any problems related to our guest. •Escort VIP guests to their rooms and make daily inspection on their room before their arrival.•Check our mail box and follow up if we have any complaints. •Follow up with the house keeping the cleanliness of the reception.•Check our daily work sheet.•Log our daily activities in a logbook to ensure that the next person on duty is familiar with everything that needs extra attention.•Be present in the hotel lobby ,respond to calls and promote all the facilities of the hotel and know the surrounding areas .•Assist in any other duties when required by the front office manager.

•Responsible for handling incoming calls to the reservation department in a professional, efficient, friendly manner.•Answer the phone within utilizing the appropriate greeting and following the reservations script in handling the guest inquiry.•Helping clients to fill in reservation forms.•Responsible for taking reservations and inputting into the computer system.•Check and answer all direct e-mails and faxes .•Prepare weekly Forecast.•Make orientation to the guest.•Prepare all documents necessary for our reservation office.•Follow up with the Sales Department the reservations related to the companies and the travel agents.
