Essential Achievements1.As team lead: 6 staff in 4 countries(PK/IN/NI/KE), I guided the team members to make a breakthrough of their mindset, led the team to achieve things from “Impossible” in their view to real outcome. That is exactly how a positive loop is built, and thus helping the team grow under the belief and consciousness.2.On targets:In year 2023, we applied our fans’ability to more than 150+ online and offline tasks, 6 online fans events, 8 offline fan-gathering events, 6 reports on 6 launched models preventing 86 PR risks, 43 features were built for N+1 gen based on localized feedback we collected and analyzed.
