Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing and promotional efforts for all 16 NM State Sports.• Planning/organizing game day activation for all ticketed NM State Sports.• Create digital content for all athletics social medias; (graphics/creative content)• Organize/supervise intern staff with in-office and game day activities.• Assists with the management of student sections with a focus on student attendance.• Cultivate relationships with campus & community organizations to increase athletics support.

Assigned sports responsibilities including Game Day Activation (~20 hours/month), weekly office hours (~2 hours/week), and designed promotional graphics for use in e-mail marketing and digital/social media platforms.

Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day marketing activation, including: • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to boost game attendance and promote special events.• Managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with fans.• Coordinating and implementing community outreach programs, fostering relationships with local organizations and schools.• Organizing and executing in-game promotions and fan engagement activities to enhance the game-day experience.• Assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including schedules and flyers.• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for fan engagement and community involvement.• Providing administrative support to the marketing and community relations team.
