About Nerses Aposhian

As the Director of Acquisitions at IDS Real Estate Group, I am part of a dynamic team that sources, underwrites, and closes value-add industrial, IOS (industrial outdoor storage), and development deals in the western United States.Outside of work, I serve as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Merdinian Armenian Evangelical School, a preschool to middle school I attended for 11 years and instilled in me the values of faith, community, and excellence. In the past 6 years serving on the Board, I have played an integral role in nearly doubling our enrollment, investing in increased teacher pay, facilities upgrades, leadership changes, and much more. I am also passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, which led me to co-host The Founder Hour, a podcast show that features inspiring founders and their stories. Through this platform, I have learned from and connected with some of the nation's top entrepreneurs, industry experts, and leaders. In my spare time, I advise my wife's fashion startup, KORAI, and seek opportunities to support pre-seed and seed-stage companies as an angel investor.
