I am a positive, people-focused leader with 30 years of experience in technology, manufacturing, healthcare and management consulting.As chartered engineer, certified Design Thinker, and AI enthusiast, I lead as the CTO of The Synergist and I am an advisor to The VPK Group ICT team. Previously at Deloitte, where I led several internal programs. Earlier in my career I worked at Etex, KONE and OTIS and relocated 7 times across the globe. Known for my dedication to empowering others, I bring energy and expertise to every project.I have been fortunate enough to be asked to wear the hats of ambassador or board member in some of the organisations I support, like Clusity 🌱 the #womenintech community and the Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN].As the owner of Alpine Ascent, I am passionate about mentorship, supporting women in tech, young migrant talent at DUO for a JOB, and emerging founders at imec.istart. I strive to drive meaningful change aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
