CurrentDuring my tenure as an IT Developer, I have played a pivotal role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and operational efficiency through strategic initiatives and technical expertise. My key contributions include:• System Migration Leadership: Spearheaded the migration from Zendesk to Freshservice, meticulously analyzing and mapping the existing system's architecture—including roles, groups, workflows, and logic—to ensure a seamless transition to the new system. This involved detailed planning, stakeholder engagement, and technical execution to minimize disruptions and maintain continuity.• Process Automation: Designed and implemented automation scripts for critical administrative tasks, such as Active Directory (AD) onboarding, updates, and offboarding, as well as inventory and requester synchronization. Utilized a combination of Python, SQL, PowerShell scripts, and API calls to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce manual workload. Enhanced system management with integrations for AD accounts, AD groups, Microsoft licensing, and Visio.• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Acted as a liaison between the IT department and other business units, gathering requirements and feedback to tailor the IT systems to their needs. Notably, integrated a ticket submission process into Wrike using API calls, demonstrating the ability to translate department-specific needs into practical, technical solutions that support broader organizational objectives.Throughout my time in this role, I have been committed to not only achieving technical excellence but also fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
