Responsible for coordinating handling operation in spainish airports where Iberia Airport Services (IBAS) provides handling services (total of 28 airports). Accountable for ensuring compliance with ground operation procedures and performance standards – such as punctuality, delays & disruptions, customer satisfaction, safety and security. Also involved in project and change management across airports teams:- Deployment of a new operations tool to manage real time operation (KEPLER Project). Focal point of execution axis, managing a team of 7 experts from different airports. Responsible of defining requirements, tool configuration, change management & training plan. During 2019, tool succesfully commissioned at 8 airports in the North of Spain.- Green and electrical pushback implementation, operated by a remote control, in BCN and MAD Airports - Expected a 30% of savings in labor and maintenance costs.-Digitalization and operational review of IBAS Ground Operations Manuals – project sponsor and development team leader. It includes the creation of a virtual assistant to answer operational questions driven by machine learning techniques.

Responsible for delivering improvements to airside operational performance, including airport own processes, third party business partners, service providers and airlines- Accountable of developing airside operations monthly plans (stand and night stop aircraft allocation, gate, tows and coaching plans) as well as responsible for monitoring airside performance and KPIs to drive change within the airside teams- Actively participation with Edinburhg Airport project delivery team, airlines and ground handler agents to assess and minimize risk due to stand development and terminal expansion projects- Lead, manage and maintain airside continuous improvement projects portfolio for Airside Operations and Airside Support Units – objective to reduce 100,000£ in 2018.Main projects/achivements:• Achieved a cost reduction of 30,000£ in 2017 (35% budget savings) by reviewing and controlling the trolley operation delivered by the Airside Support Unit, which includes collection and replenishment tasks across the campus• Achieved 91% on time performance in 1st wave departures by driving a new process to control the gate allocation in Summer 2017.
