Network Operations Manager
Responsible for coordinating handling operation in spainish airports where Iberia Airport Services (IBAS) provides handling services (total of 28 airports). Currently working on its automatization for Summer 2018• Definition of the new Performance Measurement Framework in partenership with ANS team (Contract started on 1st April 2018 to provide Air Traffic Control and Air Traffic Engineering services) to monitor the overall performance. The framework inlcudes environmental aspects, customer expereince, safety, capacity, resources resilience, equipment serviciability and budgets

Project extended to Blip track software evaluation and process transition• Automatization and redefinition of the security daily plans in cooperation with security managers and senior planners
