Our proprietary platform works to reduce the inefficiencies in the healthcare system by matching the right clinicians along with the right skillsets to fill the specific needs/openings from various employers like hospitals, health systems, ambulatory clinics, tele health companies etc. This has helped many clinicians (like Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses, Therapists, Medical Assistants etc) find the right opportunities including contract positions, permanent roles, per-diem shifts, and travel positions.• Collaborate closely with the COO and Operations team to execute strategies, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth initiatives of the organization• Manage diverse portfolio of company and team initiatives• Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track• Streamline processes to optimize for operational efficiency and mitigating risks• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing comprehensive updates to stakeholders and facilitating transparent communication• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation to optimize for positive outcomes• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at facilitating effective collaboration across all levels of the organization
