Rolling out SAP GTS (GLOBAL TRADES SERVICE) into Australia for ABB Australia which has been a global project for the company which has been stated in more than 10 countries. Creating customs Clearance Broker instructions for freight forwarders such as GEODIS WILSON and DHL. Reporting to the National Logistics manager of ABB creating and clearing import and export shipments. Collecting all paper work for custom clearance's from LBU's nationally sending electronic broker instruction via SAP GTS. Updating ABB's Master data with the correct Tariff codes to ensure a smoother faster clearance with broker instruction sent via EDI. Creating monthly and weekly reports to measure KPI's of clearances reporting to the national manager of DHL and control tower branch manager of Geodis Wilson liasing with Schenker Senior key account manager to ensure shipments and paperwork are flowing smoothly on the handovers. Working closely with ABB between freight forwarders such as Geodis, DHL, Schenker and DSV to ensure goods are pre-cleared and correctly cleared on time. Running daily reports from the GEODIS IRIS EDI system for shipment tracking, also using DHLI's tracking system and E-Schenker system to track of incoming goods. Working closely with SAP GTS and SAP ECC to compare and measure that pricing, products and paperwork are all matching for custom clearances. Holding great relationships with DHL, GEODIS and Schenker to ensure custom clearances are being executed. Daily interaction with ABB logistics National manager on how to improve and operate on operations and daily work procedures.

Working within the Telstra supply chain with IBM and CEVA Logistics part of the SPLG Project (SPARE PARTS LOGISTICS GROUP), I ensure that all spare parts for Telstra are delivered nationally, we sort freight and maintain job orders to specific timed jobs to field store replenishments and in the field jobs. Working strongly with IBM and Toll to distribute parts on a national level daily.Part of the operational side is Tracking and sending parts via SAP Management program. My duty is to send parts to a certain location nationally, track purchase orders and develop manifests so that parts are delivered daily, with more than 300 parts being sent out nationally wide from our Telstra Central Store which operates for all Telstra Exchange stores across Australia. These parts are very high sensitive and all have high sensitive time frame to arrive to their destination.As part of being a SAP Logistics Operator, I also deal with faults and problems of parts being delivered from Ericsson and Alcatel our main suppliers. Dealing with these problems and faults I contact vendor(s) in regards to cancelled items being sent back, and creating new purchase orders. My role also requires me to work with Pudo audits, which leads to strong investigation skills to why the part from the field has arrived at our store or where did this part arrive since it doesn’t match to the toll invoice and what the next step of logistics will be for the part.I show great customer service face to face aswell by helping Telstra technicians coming in and wanting to seek Telstra spare parts from our Central store or help them identify a work order that has been put aside for them.My Communication skills are at a very high professional level, which also include time management and leadership skill.
