• Review the tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project and provide recommendations to the direct manager accordingly.• Read the contracts conditions carefully to consider it when preparing the tender.• Distribute tasks among the team members and monitor their performance.• Receive the queries from the team, review them, make the needed amendments and send them to the client to gain needed information about the project.• Contact the suppliers, subcontractors and clients when needed to facilitate the tendering process and abide by the timeline.• Reviews and finalizes project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per (BOQ), amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements during the tendering phase; this includes all systems, products and services to client specifications/ requirements• Review the Technical Offer after collecting the needed documents to send it to the client.• Negotiate with the clients and revise the tender in order to award the project to the company.• Manage the process of handing over the project documents and requirements to the operations team.

• Study electrical contracting tender documents including scope of work, bill of quantities, specifications, and drawings.• Get any contradictions between BOQ, Drawings, and Specifications to make inquiries sheet to be sent to the consultant with all required clarifications.• Prepare “Request for Quotation” and send it to approved vendor suppliers, then follow up with suppliers on receiving quotations and compare prices in analysis sheet also check technical offers, and refer to them for any required clarifications.• Prepare price analysis sheet for each BOQ system.• Survey the outlets of the project.• Prepare project notes with all required clarifications to clear any deviations between BOQ and drawings or to clarify our offer bases.• Coordinate with mechanical department: -- Fire alarm interface with mechanical equipment by referring to fire alarm supplier to know the required type and Qty. of module for each interface, providing the mechanical division with the dry cost of (modules, Fire alarm Cable).- HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system, providing the mechanical division with the dry cost of the (MCC, Cables, Disconnect Switches, Control Cables) according to rated power, No. of poles, and starting method for each machine.• Prepare technical offer with manufacture list containing brands, country of origin, scope of work and method of statement.• Create the submittals containing (LOG, Method of statement, Specs. / Vendor list Comply sheet, Data sheet with BOQ items, detailed description, brand and code numbers, and all related Catalogs)• Prepare shop drawing and as built drawings for (Lighting, Power and all light current systems) to be constructed in site.• Prepare Load Schedule of distribution panels.• Coordinate with all MEP works (HVAC, Fire Fighting, etc.)• Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual after completion of the project including all supplied material lists, spare parts, warranty certificates and other required documentation.
