Finance Director, specialising in FP&A, Reporting, Strategy and Transformation, with experience in Aviation, Banking and Technology sectors. I joined British Airways in May 2021, initially covering FP&A, Statutory Reporting and Treasury; and from November 2022 my responsibilities are Group FP&A Reporting and Business Performance (including Strategic Planning). Prior to my move into the Aviation space, I was focused on the Banking and FinTech sectors. I worked for 10 years in finance within the Australian banking sector, at both a group and divisional level (retail, institutional and wealth management). My focus areas have been performance management, financial reporting, forecasting, strategy, balance sheet and capital management, portfolio optimisation and executive advisory; and more recently I have been working closely on transformation and change management initiatives within the business and in finance. During my time in Australia, I was selected as a David Williams Fellow (Westpac / BT Financial Group's high performance leadership programme) in 2016. The fellowship was awarded to me in recognition of my core competency in leadership, and the development of high performance teams. I am a KPMG-trained Chartered Accountant, having worked in both the Financial Services Audit and Tax teams of the KPMG Dublin office.
