I am a Social Epidemiologist, Implementation Scientist, and Adjunct Professor with 10+ years’ experience in designing, overseeing, implementing, and conducting epidemiological studies informing public health intervention and implementation strategies in government, academic, and non-profit settings, with a particular focus on gender and health. I have worked on improving global and US vaccine uptake, preventing maternal morbidity and mortality, reducing the burden of chronic and infectious disease, and addressing health-related stigma in the US and globally. I thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments with technical and supervisory responsibilities, excelling independently and within a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced in written and spoken French. Proficient in Nvivo, AtlasTi, ArcGIS, STATA, SPSS, and R. My current work focuses on examining and addressing the drivers of vaccination demand and uptake, with particular focus on mainstreaming gender in development, implementation, and scale-up of evidence-based interventions. Broadly, my research interests include implementation science and translational research; mixed methodology; health services research; social entrepreneurship; and understanding and alleviating the barriers to accessing quality healthcare experienced by women and girls in low resource settings.
