This product was developed to manage the vital records for the Vital Records Office of the County Health Departments in Indiana, USA. The first version of the product was deployed at the Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health in mid-2005. By 2007, version 2.0 of the product was deployed at 10 Indiana counties, managing 23% of the state's vital records.

Developed application packages for reputable organizations such as the National Dairy Development Board [NDDB] and Vidya Dairy, Anand in Gujarat. These applications meet diverse needs such as:• sales and inventory management of the petrol/diesel dispensing station at NDDB.• management of fixed assets and the calculation of depreciation, by the Straight Line and Written Down Value methods, and book value of these assets at Vidya Dairy.• management of quality control data for raw material, in process and final products at Vidya Dairy. As different material, process and product have different quality parameters to monitor, the application allows the customer to configure these as per his needs.• management of Fixed Deposit Accounts for ECCS, a co-operative society of employees of NDDB. The members of ECCS can park funds with it as fixed deposits. Interests on these funds are paid according to approved business rules.• management and analysis of data on farmers and the domestic and milch animals reared by them, for a consultant to the states of Sikkim and Tripura. Based on the analysis of the data, the consultant advised the states on new initiatives/ improvements in programs for the farmers.These applications have helped the customer to:• streamline the business process, • drastically reduce man-hours required on these processes, • helped informed decision making, and,• identify and reduce losses.

NDDB conceived and implemented the Operation Flood program – the world’s largest and most successful food program - and has projected India into a major power in the dairy industry. Consulted with a client for an automated Dairy Plant resulting in a project estimated at Rs. 130 crores. The assignment involved extensive discussions with the client which addressed their requirements, the technology and related manpower requirements, the Project scope and drawing up of an exhaustive estimate of the project. The work was completed in August 2000 within cost estimates.Managed World Bank funded projects worth approximately Rs. 20 crores between 1991 and 1997. These projects were multi-locational and involved procurement, installation and commissioning of plants/enhancement of processing facilities and services.Managed all major activities at site: civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation; tendering and purchase, erection and commissioning of LV substations, process plants, boilers; communication with client, consultants, manufacturers and contractors; customer training, project handover and closure.
