Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in a fully online accelerated program. As a highly motivated student, I am managed a heavy course-load successfully, maintaining a high GPA. (Total time from first class to graduation is 18 months).My capstone project is a desktop Java application that parses text documents, analyzes them for quantitive data (such as word count, average sentence length, etc.), and stores the data to a local (SQLite) database. As ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I gathered and developed client product requirements, designed and executed product tests to ensure successful system upgrades, implemented AI chatbot conversations to help reduce service desk workload, and built catalog items for our clients. I also gave trainings to new system users.
