- Responsible for four bottling lines and 260 workers to fulfil the demand of production up to 35 million liters a month.- Develop the annual operations plan in order to establish the strategies to ensure compliance and contribute to the scope of sales estimates, guaranteeing the presence of our products in the market.- Ensure compliance with the policies, standards and procedures established in the ComprehensiveSecurity Management System (SIGSI) of Empresas Polar, according to its nine (9) axes of ambition.- Develop strategic plans to reduce the levels of waste generated by the operation.- Identify training needs of area personnel through analysis, study of work methods and the results ofperformance evaluations, to ensure their development and continuous improvement.- Preparation and control of the budget of the Packaging department.- Implement cost reduction projects, performing periodic analyzes of the different processes that makethe operation more profitable.- Guarantee the quality of our products through compliance with the procedures for the preparation and packaging of beverages, as well as ensuring food safety and innocuousness in all processes.- Guarantee that current environmental regulations are complied with, making efficient use of resourcesand incorporating reduction, reuse and recycling processes.
