Business Development and Operations Support for all M-I SWACO North America business.- Lead the start of major step changes in the NAM Organization in order to expand the business and address profitability, safety and service quality issues.- Cooperate with NAM Teams, Operations and Logistics, to develop a Network Optimization Plan for improving product delivery in each Operational Basin, including streamlined warehousing and establishing distribution Hubs.- Lead the centralization of the maintenance of Solids Control Rotating equipment, streamlining maintenance shops Hubs across North America

Mexico City Area, Mexico

In charge of all M-I SWACO day to day operations for Mexico and Centro America.- New Assignment after the Merger of Schlumberger and Smith International when M-I SWACO became a fully owned Segment of the Schlumberger Drilling Group, previously a Joint Venture of Schlumberger and Smith International.- Lead alignment of M-I SWACO Operations to the working policies of Schlumberger including integrity, ethics, personnel and financial guidelines.- Lead restructure of the Operations from multiple Basin Organization to a more efficient Regional Management structure, including the alignment of Mexico business units into Mexico Land and Mexico Offshore to better address the specific technical and operational requirements of each market segment.

Angola

In charge of all M-I SWACO Operations for Angola, based in Luanda.- Restructured all Angola Business into one operating unit. Previous to this assignment all Operations for Angola were based out Cabinda in the Chevron Malongo Camp.- Lead negotiations of land lease and initial investment in Sonils Operating Base in Luanda and expansion and commissioning of new Liquid Mud Plant in the Soyo Port.- Lead negotiations of new contracts with Chevron (largest in M-I's Angola history), Exxon (new contract), ENI (extension).- Lead negotiations of first bargaining agreement with the Angola newly formed Oilfield Labor Union in Luanda, Soyo and Cabinda.
