MCH Arch. Nestor Lenarduzzi (36 yo) is an Architect graduated from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral in 2015, also Urban Planner of the Commune of Colonia San José since 2013, Master in Collective Housing (MCH) graduated from the ETH-UPM in 2023, Specialist in Architecture and Technology graduated from the UTDT in 2018 and University Professor of Structural Systems 1 from 2015 to 2022 at the FADU-UNL. He is also in the thesis stage of a Master's Degree in Architecture level 2 at the UNL.He has been working as an architect for over 10 years, running @farqtory, focused on residential architecture, carrying out conceptualization, design, management and monitoring of works of various scales and some with combined and diverse architectural programs, single and collective housing. Besides this, he participated in several national and international competitions, obtaining awards and recognitions.Nestor had completed several postgraduate studies, publications and academic research, specializing in mathematical modeling and parametric design. He has been guest lecturer in several Argentinian and Spanish universities. He has an extensive training in the specialty and several subspecialties, in addition to his knowledge in the field of urban planning and his experience with group management. In his professional career he had learned to relate to different professionals in different languages, so he has a fairly versatile spectrum of adaptation with special emphasis on team building and good work environment.
