Responsible of Cryptographics Devices (eTokens, Smartcards, OTP) business unit which included follow up of leads, fairs and events participation, presentation and architecture definition with end customers, bids preparation, training.From a technical point of view, installation and configuration of pilot and production under Token Management System (TMS).

Assisted clients in projects’ design and implementation with several platforms and Web servers; defined stages and methods of integration with proprietary systems (El Salvador’s Central Bank, Bolivia Banks Association and a pool of Chilean banks).Defined pilot systems, processes and procedures for migrating to a production environment, minimizing risks..

Developed the Server Certificates Business Unit. Supervised the products’ life-cycle. In charge of the Web site maintenance, Back Office platform design, and documentation. Provided support on-site, via e-mail and by telephone to customers across the region (approximately 800 customers). Taught courses and training sessions. Liaison with the USA offices.

Defined tables, stored procedures, functions, packages, views and all the objects in Oracle database; configured permissions and roles.Liaison with the development department to assist in new projects and the definition of programs and reports with Forms and Reports.Assisted other business lines in integrating the use of expert systems with credit.
