- leading OCP’s strategy and advocacy, projects and interventions in the region;- leading on documenting impact, lessons, approaches and tools from the region;- leading on fundraising for further work in the region.

- strategy development and implementation;- formation of a team (35+ employees) and enterprise processes from scratch;- enterprise development to be ready for medicines procurement for state and local budgets (UAH 12 billion annually).

- Program management and development (12 staff members, 40 contractors, ProZorro, ProZorro.Sale, eHealth, DOZORRO, CoST projects);- fundraising and control over project implementation (20+ projects during 3 years with total budget over $3 mln);- presentation of program results on the national and international level (eg. PRIMO forum, OCP Global meetings, EBRD Annual meeting, OGP regional summits etc.);- promotion of Open Contracting principles among Government, Parliament, donors, business, NGOs and other stakeholders.

- monitoring of investment projects implementation and management supported by EBRD, EIB, World Bank;- selection of infrastructure investment projects to be supported by IFIs.

- corporate procurement risks assessment methodology development (investment Fund, 7 holding companies, 80+ legal entities, 10+ elevators, 430 000 ha of farmlands, annual procurement budget over UAH 2 bln);- coordination of analytical work of Fund’s security division;- procurement and economic security divisions KPIs development and control of its achievement;- daily procurement monitoring and analysis and reporting to Fund senior management.

- sales management (search for potential clients, negotiations, company promotiona, motivation programs development);- sales support (orders processing, commercial offers preparation, ensuring contracts execution, shipments control, documents workflow);
