- Build a strategy and annual roadmaps. Optimizing the annual turnover and meeting financial objectives.- Lead employee recruitment, management and retention – negotiating conditions and managing all employee related issues - from wellbeing to professional development. - Manage the location's Tourist Center: including vendor, financial and operation system management, while providing class A customer service. Work in conjunction and in cooperation with authorities – submit invitations to tend to various government agencies, manage relationships with regional councils and government bodies.- Responsible for Farm-related legal aspects, as part of which drafted contracts and conducted negotiations.
