Currently, I manage the recruitment unit at AGILINA Company; lead a team of recruiters, provide consultancy to managers and clients in recruitment processes, and lead E2E recruitment processes with a background in recruiting and sourcing for a variety of positions, both technological and non-technological. I also specialize in providing internal solutions within companies and have previously managed recruitment processes in the Information Systems department at Shufersal. I have a deep passion for the field of human resources and recruitment, and I am incredibly motivated to continue growing and developing in this area.Graduated with honors B.A. degree in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University. Currently pursuing an MBA specialization in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Open University. In addition, I am passionate about social activism, a graduate of educational programs of the "Hechalutz" movement, and work as a guide and organizer of seminars within the organization. Additionally, I have worked at the Ministry of Construction and Housing as a project assistant to the district Director, and I served as a signal training officer in the IDF. Furthermore, I have many hobbies, including hiking in Israel and around the world, writing, long-distance running, concerts, Hebrew music, and more.I am task-oriented, problem-solving, creative, skilled at communication, ambitious, and will not rest until I bring the best results!
