Ending up as an Agriculture Professional was inevitable, and I’m so grateful for that. I love what I’m doing day in and day out, working with people, working with the earth beneath my feet, and seeing health and prosperity. I’m a firm believer in people, and that people do business with people, with what they believe in and stand for, and not with merely a product. I’ve always been invested in nurturing strong relationships that end the end of the day are also profitable. I’m curious and love learning new things, facing challenges head-on, and discovering solutions as I go. Though I’ve always been in agriculture, I tried my hands at domestic and international sales, operations management, overseas greenhouse projects, and more. Everything I touched; I was able to improve. Not because I’m that amazing, but thanks to my passion and deep interest. I’m known for my tendency to simplify everything. I love it when I hear “it’s complicated”. I know I can look at it from a different angle, find a new way to do it, find how to simplify, automate, innovate.
