- Advising leading companies in the Israeli economy in the fields of sustainability, environment and corporate responsibility- Consulting and supporting hi-tech companies in the field of conflict minerals- Sustainability management gap analysis - Working with senior executives of leading companies - Carbon Footprint measurement reporting

- Building, operating and managing an EU funded project, designed to outline the safe return of vulnerable migrants seeking to return to their home countries. - Managing cooperation between the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) and the Israeli Ministry of Interior- Working closely with various IOM missions worldwide on an everyday basis- Working closely with government agencies- Budget management

- Fundraising of about 2 million ILS a year- Writing grant requests - Managing relationships with private donors- Conducting informational and awareness raising tours of the organization's work and migration issues in Israel

- Promoting migrant workers' rights on an individual basis - Promoting policy change, writing policy reports and concept notes, participation Knesset committees - Regular work with enforcement authorities and government ministries- Working closely with foreign embassies located in Israel- Representation and presentation of the organization's work at conferences- Volunteers management
