I am responsible for 3 different type of activities: • Fundraising, • Management and financial tasks and Marketing• PR tasks: Fundraising activities:• Building strategic cooperation to generate donations for the organizations.• Events production: Gala Evenings, donation parties. • Researching and approaching trusts and government agencies. • Managing the grant application process and ensuring that reporting is tracked and meets donors' expectations• Developing relationships with donors, identifying new potential major donors. Management and financial tasks:• Preparing annual income and expenditure fundraising budgets for approval. • Recording, monitoring and reporting financial progress. • Recruiting and managing volunteers for a fundraising project.Marketing and PR tasks:• Communicating with the public: online, via the media, through direct mail etc.• Responsible for maintaining the organization online social activity: Facebook, Youtube etc. • Writing and presenting proposals

I was responsible for the following: • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;• Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;• Assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;• Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;• Handling budgets, managing campaign costs;• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;

I was responsible for the following: • Maintains operations by monitoring error and stoppage messages; • Observing peripheral equipment; notifying supervisor for additional resources.• Resolving user problems by answering questions and requests.• Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and tests, troubleshooting malfunctions, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
