Procuring the RM / PM, Impurities and RLD as per the indent raised by PRC. Coordination of Audit of API Manufacturers as per GMP. Arranging Test Licence and Form 29 for Import of the inputs for development.

• Internal Audit of the Units inside and outside.• Interaction between the costumers of the company’s. • Review of Certificate of Analysis received from manufacturing area at Site.• Review of the Certificate of analysis for Dispatch of product for export, as per the registered dossier.• Review and Approval Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & Batch Packing Record (BPR)• Training of the QC & QA staff for the working in department. • Arrangement of lab is proper and, cleaning in lab is proper.• Sufficient number of staff available in department and are displayed along with the instruments in lab. Storage of working and primary Standards.• Responsible for the review of Standard Test Procedures for both Pharmacopoeia and Non pharmacopeias products, in accordance to the regulatory standards and GLPs.• Experience in analysis of samples as per different Compendial procedures (i.e., USP, BP and Ph.Eur).
