Hello, my name is James. I run a team of developers and am also a highly experienced developer myself. I am available 16 hours a day on Skype to listen to your project needs and translate them into a designed or programmed solution for you. I have been providing outsourcing solutions like this for clients in the USA, the UK, and Australia for the last five years, and have built my small team of developers through the careful management of my client relationships, with good communication and professional delivery. My hourly rate is $15, and this includes both my project management and my hands-on programming, as well as the assistance of my small team when we need to ramp up the scale or delivery speed substantially. The way I prefer to work is to hear your project requirements via Skype, so I can ask any pertinent questions immediately, and take a look at any existing assets you may already have, e.g. website, logo, sample banners, text, competitor sites, etc. After this, I will approximate the timescale for the delivery, and we will discuss this to ensure that it meets your needs and time expectations. Once we are in agreement, then it's full speed ahead! Where possible, I like to involve you in the testing of any programming to ensure that it meets your requirements, and we can tweak any aspect of it sooner rather than later. From my experience, this has proved to be the way to successful and satisfactory delivery, no matter how small or large the project.
