Responsibilities• Interviewing the person, designing salary structure, arranging work areas for employees, managing employee records in the form of proper documentation, monitoring employee's behavior for drafting their performance appraisal.• Discuss about salary structure with the employee. • Negotiate terms of hiring offer, explaining company's benefits • Maintaining employee records by following definite procedure of data entry • Ensure that employer's data is updated and secured in the database • Run background, reference, credit checks and verify degrees, etc.• Prepare letters like offer, confirmation, reliving etc.• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.• Motivate employees on day-to-day basis.• Administering disciplinary procedures, Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.• Conducting ECDP (Employee contribution and development program) every half yearly.• Keeping a track of attendance and leave applications of each and every employee.• Handling payroll, conducting exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.• Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with respective manager.• Make sure that quality form of safety and health facilities are provided to employees.
