- Developing and delivering overall fundraising strategy of the organization - Supplement existing grant funding from corporate, grant-makers and other sources. - Responsible for developing a diverse range of sustainable funding streams to support and expand the work of both BDS and BEC.- Call / organize, progress reports and other required documents (circulars, accounts summaries etc.) for progress meetings.- Preparation of case reports, job descriptions and annual reports.- Coordinating with local govt offices/ other NGOs.- Organize training/workshops for staff.- Field visits – meeting beneficiaries/ training field staff/ organize meetings with village/ local women’s groups/ report on progress of ongoing projects

Designing the laboratory, equipment selection and project budgeting.- Course coordinator of M.Sc. in Regenerative Medicine in association with University of Manipal, Bangalore, India.- Establishment of protocols and training technical staff.- Visiting lecturer for MD Post Graduate trainees
