    Mbadika, is a not-for-profit organization focused on providing youth around the world with the tools needed to overcome challenges in bringing their solutions for themselves and their communities into reality through educational workshops, online video series, and a product line of DIY (do-it-yourself) kits. Since 2011, Mbadika has assisted over 2,000 youth around the world to realize their potential and unleash their inner innovator and entrepreneur. Currently based in Boston, USA and Cape Town, South Africa, Mbadika is fostering youth-driven innovation and entrepreneurship around the world. >>Previous Outreach Programs: Diiaki (2012-2013)Creation and Organization of the 2012-2013 Diiaki Innovation Program in order to foster innovative thinking amongst local youth in Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. The program introduced local high school students and university underclassmen to human-centered design and social entrepreneurship through the process of creating their own companies and prototypes during the course of an intensive 2-week program.The Diiaki program has been merged with Mbadika's mLab (Mbadika Laboratory) programs. Kixibu (July 2011) Creation and Organization of the 2011 Kixibu Pilot Innovation Program in order to foster innovative thinking amongst local youth in the Belo Horizonte/Greater Minas Gerais area. The program introduced local high school students to innovative thinking through the process of creating their own companies and prototypes during the course of the July 2011 while serving as a pilot for the Diiaki program series.
