Over the past 15 years, Mike A. Malul has represented a wide array of both buyers and sellers in the real estate market. As a licensed real estate broker, he has helped his clients and customers buy and sell a variety of properties: vacant land, single family houses, row houses, townhouses, multi-family dwellings, co-operative apartments, and condominiums. Mike has worked closely with developers, helping them tailor their projects to the ever-changing market. He also understands the demands of the sale and knows how to work effectively to expedite the transaction. Working closely among attorneys, escrow agents, title insurance companies and various financial agencies, Mike knows how to put a team together to make it happen. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York and a member of the National Association of Realtors, and Real Estate Board of New York. He is fluent in Hebrew and conversant in Portuguese. He lives in upper west side with his wife and two children.
