Auditing building status and annual building conditional assessments. Also to make sure that all service providers are OHS compliant and quality control. Dealing with all tenant's complaints, queries. Making sure that all service providers adhere to all Health and Safety protocols. Making sure that customers and tenants are safe in all our buildings. Execution of Capex and Opex budgets. I am also responsible for the CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
