I mastered project management while studying in EDHEC Business School. I also achieved the Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) Certificate offered by Project Management Institute (PMI). As an assistant Project Manager intern in Neteven, I honed my project management skills while getting more experienced in different project management tools like MS Project, Grafana, JIRA, Elsasticsearch and Neteven's own e-commerce management platform and other internal tools. Now, as a Customer Success Manager at Neteven, I directly manage & monitor clients' e-commerce projects, optimize their performance on different marketplaces, maintain healthy customer relationship & expand their operations internationally. I also managed SAP for capacity & production planning, component & quotation management and communicating supply terms. Continuous advanced use of MS Office in daily basis, especially Excel for analysis with extensive use of AFO for production planning, tools capacity analysis etc.From my previous work experience, the most important piece of wisdom I have is 'Take away as much as you can because only then you can give back more'. With strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills, I also love motivating myself and others . One of my daily practices is to balance priorities proactively. My personality is full of vitality. I keep smiling and being positive even in the adverse situations. I look forward to facing challenges along with KPIs and deadlines because this is the best way to learn and improve! With experience of working with multi-national diverse teams, I have great adaptability skills.
