After years of experience in the IT field, I have gained important technical skills such as a profound knowledge of corporate networks and servers as well as computer hardware and software. In addition, as a result of 3 years of DevOps training at recognized technical colleges, I have gained an in-depth knowledge of important DevOps technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, Jenkins, GitHub, Linux, Python, Bash, and PowerShell which have given me an inside look into DevOps and development, making me well-rounded and giving me a competitive edge over others in the field. I am not only skilled in the more technical aspects of IT and DevOps, but also possess refined interpersonal skills which are crucial to the teamwork and relationship management that is necessary in technical fields. These include team management, people management, active listening, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills. I also have advanced problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical skills. With a passion for learning, I have earned multiple professional certificates from well-respected technical colleges across the country and have successfully completed many professional training courses.
