Current? Vendor Development: Searching for vendors for various spares, consumables & service demand. Provide Technical clearance to vendors forvarious material & services. Preparation of agreements, contracts etc.? Procurement & Material Planning: Worked on PR/PO process. EnsureTimely PR/PO & dispatches from Suppliers for regular & special orders.Managing both Make to stock & make to order components planning as perproduction planning. Identify cost reduction opportunities, negotiation, price analysis etc.? Inventory Management: Keep Inventory values intact for components.? PO maintains systematic records, trails of quotations, orders, contracts,agreements.? Coordination with finance for payments of vendor.? Handling GR waiver procedure for import material.? Maintain spares & consumables stock availability.? IATF, ISO, Asset etc. audit handling & regarding all documentation.? Knowledge of 7 core tools PFMEA, APQP etc.? Support for Development and execution of comprehensive electrical testingplans, including performance evaluations and safety assessments, to ensureoptimal system functionality and compliance with regulatory requirements including MTTR, MTBF, SQDCP, 5S management for maintenance dpt.? Provided technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, contributing totheir professional development and improving overall team performance.? Involvement in execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project, procurement of material & inventory process of the same project.
