Rationalizing the digital footprint in Aberdeen, Netherlands with Bengaluru growing as the global digital hub. This led to the integration and transition of the new leadership team through a Team Diagnostic Intervention establishing rejuvenated ways of working. • Supporting the PT HR Reshape Design Lead in phase 4/5 implementation of which has resulted in a lean, bold and compelling org structure that resulted in a 30% reduction in costs, avg compression of 2.55, avg span of control of 5.75 and layers of 6.• Change & Engage Lead for PT/UP HR community providing an integrated lens to how we will see different parts of the model work. • Program & Project Management:• Career Pathways for Projects and Discipline Engineering creating a one stop shop career portal that provides visibility to discipline career navigators, key destination roles, career stories breaking perceptions and myths around career path considerations. Impacting approx. 6500 staff across Discipline Engineering and Project Engineering communities.• Complex stakeholder management comprising of Chief Engineers & Global Discipline Heads, handling differing opinions, starting from a point of a minimal viable product to being able to address the full spectrum of the value the product intended to derive Cash Preservation:• Supporting senior leaders in the cash preservation efforts that involved detailed expatriate and contractor reviews

The country role was responsible for catering to the STCB and the global role to the NoVs business leadership team with presence in Bangalore, Netherlands, Kuwait and Kazakhstan.• Partnering with the VP and his leadership to support the global re-organization of NOVs, the design and implementation of Wave 1 & 2, including measures to ensure WoW & Interfaces across the P&T and LOBs work seamlessly, plans to strengthen differentiating skills and capabilities• Led the Organizational change with HR and Business Leadership teams providing key insights around footprint of critical capabilities, org health checks, addressing leadership dilemmas, conflict resolution given the sensitivities around work being moved to Bangalore.• Implementing the India Talent Strategy with a focus on the key levers of active pull through of local talent, purposeful expatriation, investing in local leadership, optimizing sources of local talent & accelerating gender balance • Building capabilities of extended leadership team through Engage & Perform Toolkits and equipping them on key people processes such as Performance Management, labour laws, prevention of sexual harassment, etc while navigating through complex ER issues in countries like India, NL and partnering with country HR to deliver the right outcomes for the business
