Maintains legal records of training compliance.Maintains certification in the use of all relevant ground service equipment and develops an in-depth knowledge of ramp related P&P, local health & safety legislation pertaining to the hub & ramp areas, plus local operational requirements.Provides guidance to less experienced peers regarding the correct interpretation or explanation of policies, practices, procedures, and/or requirements. Provide practical support & advice relating to the resolution of problems. Keep Managers informed on progress or potential issues. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying & recommending specific actions needed to improve the content or delivery of training or any aspect of achieving Hub or Ramp related compliance. Leads/participates in the development & implementation of approved solutions.
