We ask prospective members to visit at least two group meetings before deciding if our professional, no pressure environment is a good fit for you. These visits also give our members a chance to decide if you’re a good fit for us. Our groups avoid competing members, such as two commercial real estate agents. Instead, we look to create micro-groups, such as a commercial real estate agent, a residential real estate agent, a mortgage broker, a title insurance agent, and a real estate attorney. These natural strategic alliances are able to pass clients to each other and are the essence of our group. Each of our groups have roughly three or four of these micro-groups, providing you opportunities unlike any other networking group in NYC.The goal of business networking shouldn’t just be to pass low quality referrals back and forth.
