I am responsible for support the development and maintenance systems teams from Unisys (Latin America) to get better results using frameworks, methodologies and agile practices (such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP and so on).Also, I am responsible for supporting the leadership in the agile transformation and its scalability, identifying bottlenecks, conducting training, resolving conflicts and promoting the culture of growth and resilience based on metrics and objectives.

Carried out numerous consulting in project management, implementation of Agile Frameworks/Methodologies, the process of development, test and software support for IT companies through the SebraeTec program. Responsible to run the projects, align the customer’s needs, project and contract, allocate the consultants when was necessary, ensure the quality of the deliveries according to the client needs and the contract agreed. The consultations were carried out when the demands, described above, were approved by SEBRAE-MG.

I was responsible for managing and implementing Agile frameworks/methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming in three lines of projects. I was responsible to provide consulting, coaching, mentoring and training services in: Software Development Processes (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Agile Scaling Model, Feature Driven Development and RUP) and Project Management (Agile). I was also responsible for acting directly in the software factory, as Project Manager, modelling the development processes, conducting consulting and training in good software engineering practices for the development teams. I was responsible for implementing Agile frameworks/methodologies at the Products and Innovation department. I was also responsible for two teams, managing project scope, improving development processes, creating and supervising schedules, removing problems faced by teams, communicating and integrating these two with others workers on the same project, eliminating and ensuring that the process was respected. Responsible for managing four software projects, hiring team members, implementing/evolving software development processes, analyzing/monitoring Cost, Scope, Time and Risk of projects. Was also responsible for adapting the process areas of the Software Factory to the processes employed by CMMI level 2, using agile frameworks/methodologies.Training Given: Managing and Developing Software Projects with Scrum.

Responsible for carrying out the planning and development of two software projects titled: Dynamic Metabolic Map and System Security using Biometrics. He was directly involved in the modeling of projects (Creating use-case diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams) and in the programming of these systems (using Java programming language and NetBeans IDE).
