I manage the tasting room team of 12 people in concert with Manager Tony Quealy. I also maintain our various social media. Sometimes I drive a forklift.

Deli Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all deli components including meats, cheeses, various spreads, hummus, fresh vegetables etc. while preparing and taking orders, answering phone calls, making espresso, selling pastries, and scheduling wedding cake consultations.
