As a technical consultant I was (jointly) responsible for a good progress of data capture projects, and have been involved in all different stages from intake to completion.Tasks vary from composing an analysis based on specific customer requirements, installation and configuration of different Kofax products, instructing users up to delivering technical installation and configuration documentation.Within BM Consultants all consultants have the responsibility to respond to helpdesk issues and keep tickets up to date and assign to specific colleagues where necessary.I have also been largely responsible for managing and adapting the support desk environment (Zendesk) to our company needs. Activities are done on project base and cover subject matters like installing software (mainly Kofax) and the configuration of these environments, giving instructions to users on how to use the software and creating user- and technical installation manuals.Besides this I have given support to users on functional and technical area for OpenText eDocs.A few customers of which I have been involved are:- Public Prosecution Service (Openbaar Ministerie) Installation and configuration of Kofax Capture located on approximately 20 remote locations around the country. Naast het actief monitoren van de server omgeving ben ik ben hier verantwoordelijk geweest voor werkplek beheer van enkele bedrijfskritische applicaties, Windows XP, en MS Office. Tevens heb ik ondersteuning moeten bieden aan gebruikers bij vragen en problemen. Ook heb ik mij actief bezig gehouden met het versturen van een maandelijkse nieuwsbrief en het onderhouden van de website.
