The Company had revenue of $113 million and $42 million EBITDA.Hired to restructure Company’s debt and equity. • Led the disposition and acquisition process of assets through a series of eight transactions valued at $331 million, maximizing value multiples in outdoor advertising, towers and radio (6X-12X operating cash flow.)• Key executive/CEO partner actively involved in all Board matters, strategic initiatives, HR, legal, and risk management, as well as operational activities.• Implemented new forecasting criteria, budgeting, reporting and incentive compensation programs to significantly enhance performance, shared vision and accountability. • Led the financial restructure of $325 million in debt in ’08, renegotiating covenants with public debt syndicate across three tranches and 60+ Lenders.• Implemented $3.6 million of fixed cost savings in the first two years, or 10% of fixed cost structure.• At the height of the recession, led a second restructuring under Chapter 11 raising $55M of new equity with new investors and $135M of new debt, valuing the Company at $218 million.• Co-led several growth initiatives that positioned the Company for sale, including: - 68 new digital billboards (up from five); revenue grew 11X in two years with minimal cannibalization. - Implemented new accountability metrics covering the digital marketing initiatives for radio clients (NM 360) to prevent cannibalization.
