Human Resources management of Chile, Peru, UK and South Africa. Supervising a team of 4 contributors.

Leading a team of four professionals, I was responsible in Chile for the Global HR, CSR, Communications and Compliance management. Under my scope was: recruitment, performance appraisal, work climate and organizational culture based on corporate values. Also training and employees´ development as well as compensations, including salaries and benefits.At the same time, as Regional HR Officer I acted as leader of regional cross projects and the alignment of HR programs within LA region (Argentina, Brazil and Mexico).

Responsible for HR management for the whole holding, conformed by 15 companies in 13 countries.• Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and payroll for Chile and other countries, were implemented into SAP ERP, migrating salary payment from local systems to HR SAP.

Leader and responsible for the design, planning and implementation of the OD projects launched from HQ for the whole company, including LAN Cargo, LAN Peru, LAN Argentina, LAN Ecuador and subsidiaries companies As OD department we carried out the measurement and management of organizational climate, performance appraisal, high potentials and career development, leadership and recognition programs. Leading a team of eight professionals.•Organizational climate measurement over a population of 14.000 employees. Supervised the change from manual application to a web methodology and directly managed the implementation of a platform that allows to get results online, thus reducing mistakes and time.•I created a Corporate Competences Catalog and also designed a new performance appraisal system and the evaluation forms. This model was implemented for the whole holding.•Actively participated in the ¨"Culture strengthen¨ project committee. I was responsible of the culture audit, tool that determined current situation, from where was decided which values will be kept, strengthened and modified.•I was the head of the liaison committee between the Corporate OD departament and the Generalists areas of Human Resources. With that, the OD area assumed an internal counseling role supporting the Generalist and giving them more technical solutions to the internal customers concerns.Organizational Development Project Manager 2002 a 2004•I managed the performance appraisal process, the first time that was applied in LAN, achieving, through a communicational plan that included sensitization, education and follow up a successful process over a universe of over 9.000 evaluated employees.•I managed the ascendant and peers appraisal, of 700 Managers and Deputy Managers.•I was enrolled for the HR SAP implementation team, addressed to the entire holding. I redesigned process and launched the OD and R&S. I supported also the implementation of the PA and OM modules.

•Responsible of recruitment and personnel replacement and for the opening of branches along the country. Opening of 21 branches under the ¨Corpbanca Super¨ Project.•Replacement of the Area´s Deputy Manager during six months. Supervising a team of 6 Psychologists..
