For over 20 years, I have been passionate about education and innovation. I co-founded and directed two of the first online public schools in Arizona, Marana Distance Learning and Northern Arizona Distance Learning, where I developed and implemented comprehensive and asynchronous curriculum options for K-12 students. I also have a master's degree in educational leadership and administration and multiple certifications in secondary education and structured English immersion. As the founder and CEO of Theara, I combine my educational background with my personal and professional experience in neurodiversity. I am a board-certified cognitive specialist, a top 50 global neurodiversity evangelist, and a keynote speaker and transformational leader. I provide coaching and consulting services to the neurodiverse community, including individuals with ADHD, dyslexia, and ASD. I also share my insights and strategies through The Theara Way, a platform that offers hope, possibility, and belonging to the neurodiverse collective. My mission is to empower and enable the neurodiverse to thrive and succeed in life.
