My major responsibilities is to help the team with risk mitigation and coming up with innovative strategies of execution by incorporating self-imposed constraints to make it a self-sustainable organisation to eradicate needless blindness.

Worked on Bamboo commodity and it's application. Was part of the important thorough research on Bamboo value chain Globally. This helped in getting connected with global experts in this domain and helped develop my knowledge.

As my primary interest is to work in the tribal sector. I am working with one of the sister company of Sahyadri Farms, Sahyadri Rice Producer Company Ltd. I am responsible for its entire operations right from cultivation till processing. Through this I am able to contribute towards the tribal belt of Nashik, Maharashtra.

श्रमभूमि Innovations was a start-up working towards enabling farmers to make informed decisions about soil health and fertilizer usage. Soil testing helps in making right decisions about the amount of fertilizers to be used, thus potentially saving on fertilizer cost and ensuring an optimum yield. श्रमभूमि did R&D to develope a colorimetric kit based near-field soil testing product; Farmss for testing macronutrients – available nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, and parameters pH and EC. The product is designed so that it can be taken to distant villages and rural areas by village representatives to provide soil testing service for small and marginal farmers. And I am very proud to share that we have been listed as one of the HOT 50 STARTUP of 2018 by Economic Times.

Kar Ke Dekho Fellowship is given to people who are a part of NIRMAN community. I got this fellowship to provide soil testing and related services to farmers.

Worked on challenge of Soil Health. Here I explored agriculture domain as a social enterprise opportunity and worked with team from diverse domains. During this process I also learned Agile methodology which helped in reducing product development time and Design thinking in bringing innovation to product and service model.This journey helped improve my skills and dedication towards social entrepreneurship.

I was working as an intern in Special Purpose Machines (SPM) department, especially in utilizing my theoretical knowledge to build practically working mechanisms. Slider crank, rack and pinion, double pivot, timing belt deigning, etc are some of the examples. Also learned about spring designing, some manufacturing practices, PLC programming and new designing software, Solid Edge V16. This helped to increase my technical and practical knowledge and also gained work experience of a Mechatronics design engineer in industry.
