As an AI Training Expert & Evaluator specializing in Cell Biology, Basic Research, and Clinical Laboratory Science, I train and evaluate, ultimately optimize AI models, to analyze and interpret various biological/clinical data and be ready to answer simple and complex questions asked by both the general population, as well as other scientists, researchers and speciallized students. My role involves rigorous evaluation of AI models, verbosity, truthfulness, clarity and coherence, relevance, adherence to guidelines, justification quality and completeness assessment, for the model's general quality enhancement.

Institute of Human Genetics - IMGT Team. I extended the globally famous antibody database IMGT/mAb-DB, building concise descriptions of 86 monoclonal antibodies, single target, but also bispecific ones (oncology sector), as well as their respective schematic representations depicting their detailed and up-to-date Mechanisms of Action (MoAs).

Part of my compulsory military service in Greece. I practiced blood-sampling and run the classic palette of hospital tests (haematological, immunological, biochemical, urine, viral etc.) during the evening as well as the numerous night shifts, combined with military duty on site.

Building a novel database/library for astrobiology research purposes utilizing various spectroscopic methods (+ SEM/TEM) on combinations and analogues of various geological and biological specimen in different concentrations, examining the relative strength of each method for geological organic compound rescue.

I wrote various articles revolving a plethora of bioethics topics, translated others, helped in the secretarial sector of the committee. I am now writing a short project-suggestion for the newly funded National Commission for Bioethics and Technoethics which I also aspire to be part of a scientific paper in a greek bioethics journal.

In the immunology department of HPI, I learned basic as well as some more advanced techniques revolving natural monoclonal autoantibodies in conjuction with a breast cancer cell line called MDA-MB-231, with the aim to use these mAbs, derived from patients suffering from monoclonal gammopathy, as possible killers of cancer cells or at least as carriers for chemotherapy drugs in a more specific targeting manner. Cancer Cell Culture, SDS-PAGE & IEF, Affinity Chromatography, Flow Cytometry and Graph Design, ELISA and Confocal Microscopy are some of the techniques and protocols I used in HPI.

Rapid cytopathology specimen processing, mainly pap test smears and thin preps 25% out of all the gynaecologist test paps in Athens at the time, ready for microscopical examination by a gynaecologist/microbiologist (labeling, colouring, baths, leveling, glueing).

This was my first medical research internship. I did not conduct my own research but synergized with MScs and PhDs and their protocols in the Molecular Pathological Anatomy Laboratory in the Medical School of Athens. Different protocols where used like DNA/RNA isolation, rt-PCR (methylation expression) & NGS with the aim of finding epigenetic mutations possibly playing a role in certain types of lung cancers.
