👋 Hi, I’m Danny George! I’m passionate about helping people, solving problems, and creating impact - in every role I take on. In my role at Cox Automotive, I bring energy and creativity to Sales Enablement, crafting tender responses and proposals that don’t just win clients, but truly show how we’re the go-to solution for every stage of a vehicle’s life. From purchase to disposal, I love finding ways to communicate how we’re helping our clients drive forward (pun absolutely intended).Outside of sales, I channel my passion for making a difference into two initiatives that mean the world to me.In 2024, I officially launched Neurodiversity ERG, a group I started developing in June 2023. As someone with a lived experience of with autism and ADHD, I know first-hand how valuable neurodivergent minds are. My mission? To educate, celebrate, and inspire - helping every individual at Cox Automotive feel seen, supported, and empowered.I’m also the proud founder of Zero Waste Warriors, an initiative I kicked off in 2023 to raise awareness of the waste we create and find practical, sustainable alternatives. So far, I’ve organised community litter picks in Leeds, Birmingham, and Bristol (with more to come!) and have big plans for 2025, including a rebrand and relaunch as 'One Life Warriors', tackling anti-consumerism conscious spending and launching healthy life initiatives.At the core of everything I do is the belief that small, meaningful changes add up to big impacts.
